Eliane managed the property on Pierre’s death until 2000. She created Valentine XO cognac, in homage to her mother.

Jean-Francois

Jean-Francois has been taking care of our vines for more than 40 years. It is the living memory of the property.

Marie

Marie takes great care to ensure the quality of our bottling.

Sébastien

Sébastien takes care of the vineyard and assists Leopold in the distillation.

Stéphanie

Stéphanie is the administrative and accounting manager

Léopold

Leopold took over from the cognacs Pierre Croizet in 2000 and converted the entire vineyard into organic farming.

Fanny

Fanny joined Léopold in this adventure and assisted him from the aging of the waters of life until the commercialization in bottle

Stéphane

Stéphane is the Chief Operating Officer, he manages all the tasks related to the cultivation of vines and distills.

Claire

Claire is responsible for bottling and takes care of the vineyard

Damien joined our team as Sales Director
